For Coaches Already Running Webinars

Your Webinar Isn't The Problem. One Session Is.

We keep what works in it, optimize it, and give it three days.

Same you. Same offer. A new build, made from the webinar you already run. Day 1 breaks the old belief. Day 2 shows the plan live, then you pitch. Day 3 they get a quick win, and you pitch again. We build it, we run the ads, and we sit beside you while it runs. Your webinars keep running.

The call is 20 minutes on Zoom. See how it would work with your offer.

Book Your Launch Walkthrough

20 minutes on Zoom. I show you how a 3-day event would work with your offer and your numbers. It fits if you already run a webinar that sells and can put at least $5,000 behind ads. We write, build and run the ads. Pick a time, then answer a few short questions.

The Receipts

A High-Ticket Coach's Best Webinar Made $8K. His First 3-Day Launch Made $50K.

He is not a slick presenter. His best single session made about $8,000, and some made nothing at all. Nothing about him changed for this event. The event did.

Three live days gave him room to teach, answer every objection and pitch twice.

Hundreds of people registered for one event.

Here's what happened day by day

Day 1

The room showed up live. We built trust and answered the big objections before anyone asked them. Day 1 closed with homework to get the room ready for Day 2.

Day 2

More than 200 people in the room. I co-piloted the pitch live from the Zoom and WhatsApp chat. In one session, he made $19,600 selling a $2,000 annual membership. His best single webinar before this made about $8,000.

Day 3

The room got a quick win, then the second pitch. A follow-on upsell after the event took his first 3-day launch to $50,573.

$0Day 2, One Session
$0First 3-Day Launch, Incl. Upsell

Across the four months that followed: roughly $125,000 collected. Same event, run again.

This is the part worth sitting with: he did not get better at presenting between one and the other. The 3-day structure carried the parts he could not. That is what you are actually buying: not more time in front of a room, but a structure that holds the room up while you do the part you are already good at.

One client's result. Not a promise that yours will match.

The Diagnosis

It's Not Your Talk. It's Not Your Offer. It's the Container.

Webinars work. Yours is probably already profitable, or you would not still be running it. That is exactly the point — the talk is not the thing holding you at the number you are at. Ninety minutes is.

Three things happen inside a container that short:

1

You get one pitch window. The people who were not ready in that window are gone, and you paid for every one of them.

2

Every belief a buyer needs — that you are credible, that the method works, that it works for someone like them, that the risk is survivable — has to form inside the same session that asks for the money.

3

The calls that do get booked land seven to fourteen days out, and a decision made on a Tuesday cools long before anyone picks up the phone.

None of that is a persuasion problem. You cannot script your way out of it, and spending more on traffic just buys more people the same ninety minutes.

The Fix Is More Room, Not A Better Pitch

Same you. Same offer. Same audience. Three live days instead of one session, built for the room. Four things change at once, and they compound:

Selling minutes multiply

One pitch window becomes a pitch and a re-pitch, in front of a room that has now watched proof land twice.

A VIP tier monetises the front

Cash collected before the main pitch ever happens, against the same media spend.

Price tolerance lifts

Stacked proof and social momentum across three days support a tier you could not sell in ninety minutes.

The tail gets fat

A seven-day sprint behind the event, run properly, carries a serious share of the money.

This is not a replacement for your weekly. Keep the weekly — it is your cashflow engine and it should stay untouched. The 3-Day Webinar sits on top of it, once a month or once a quarter, and converts the people your weekly was never going to close.

The Model

What a 3-Day Webinar Actually Is

A new build, made from the webinar you already run. One to two hours a day, three days straight, on the Zoom account you already use. Free general admission with a paid VIP tier on top. Same offer. Your webinars keep running.

Every day has one specific job

01

Day 1 — Theory

Value-heavy, proof planted early, and homework that shows them the size of the problem without handing over the whole playbook. No pitch. Day 1 exists to earn the right to sell on Day 2 — and to tell us who actually showed up.

02

Day 2 — Plan

Content through the first half, then the primary pitch in the second — placed at roughly 85% room capacity, while energy peaks and the chat is hot. The cart opens here. Not on Day 3, when the energy is gone.

03

Day 3 — Map

Re-pitch first, while the room is still full. Then objections, proof, fast-action bonuses, and a closing block that keeps goodwill. The cart shuts 72 hours after Day 3 ends. No extensions — the deadline is the mechanism.

Direct checkout carries anything at or below $3,500. Above that, the room routes to a booked call while the calendar is still hot. Your weekly keeps running the whole time.

The Differentiator

Why Day 2 Converts — And Why It Cannot Be Written In Advance

A pitch written weeks ahead is written for the room you hoped would show up. A single session gives you no chance to find out how wrong you were — you present it and you live with it.

We don't guess.

Before Day 1 starts, every registrant fills out a poll. On Day 1, we run live polls and collect homework responses — your audience's exact words about their dreams, their biggest struggles, their doubts.

That night, we feed everything into a rebuild. Your Day 2 pitch goes live using your actual audience's actual language. Not a template. Not assumptions. The specific words of the specific people in the room.

When someone hears their exact words in your pitch, they don't feel sold to. They feel seen. People who feel seen buy.

This is the Room Intelligence System. It's why my client closed $19,600 in one session on Day 2 of his three-day event, and why it works differently from anything else you've run before.

What You'll Get

Everything We Build Around You

Your 3-Day Event, Designed With You

A new build made from the webinar you already run. Day 1 breaks the old belief. Day 2 shows the plan live, then you pitch. Day 3 gives them a quick win, and you pitch again. What goes inside each day is designed with you after we start. This is the piece a team that has only ever run 90-minute webinars has never built.

Slide Deck Built By Me — Done For You

Day 1 teaching slides, the Day 2 pitch block, the Day 3 re-pitch. Built from your existing material and delivered before your pre-launch call. You never open a blank slide.

Your Ads. Written, Built And Run.

We write the ads, build the campaigns and run them for the event. They run in your own ad account, and no budget change happens without your OK.

The Show-Up Machine

The full promotion sequence — emails, SMS, confirmation-page indoctrination and the reminder cadence that decides how much of your list is actually in the room. Show rate is engineered before the event, not rescued during it.

Your VIP Tier, Built And Priced

Free general admission plus a paid VIP tier: daily Q&A, recordings, a workbook and a VIP-only bonus. It lifts show rate, it lifts chat energy, and it collects cash against your media spend before the main pitch ever happens.

Live Co-Pilot — All Three Days

I'm in your Zoom chat and on WhatsApp in real time through every session. What to say, when to push, when to drop the link, and how to recover when something goes off-script. Every night we debrief and rebuild the next day from what the room actually did.

The 14-Day Tail

The sprint after the event, where a serious share of the money lives. Replays, segmented objection sequences, watch-this-timestamp sends, and one final re-pitch with the week's proof stacked behind it. Most operators leave this on the table entirely.

Tech Checked Before You Go Live

Zoom, email sequences, polls, checkout and the order window — reviewed and tested before Day 1. Direct checkout at or below $3,500, routed to a booked call above it. Nothing breaks live.

Your Portal — And Everything In It Is Yours

Every template, script, poll set, tracker and SOP we build for you sits in your own dashboard, along with your numbers: session retention, chat velocity, bookings by hour, revenue per registrant. You keep all of it after cart close.

The Timeline

One Launch. Live In 35 Days.

Days 0–14 — We Build It

Your 3-Day Event, Built For Your Offer

  • Strategy call: we design the three days with you, around your offer
  • We build the slides, the promo sequence, the VIP tier, the ads and the tech
  • Full tech check before promotion starts: register, confirm, remind, Zoom link
  • Days 14–35: we run the ads and the promotion. Your webinars keep running

The Three Days — We Run It With You

You Present. I'm Beside You.

  • Day 1: belief. No pitch. Polls and homework tell us who is actually in the room
  • That night: the Day 2 pitch is rebuilt in your audience's own words
  • Day 2 pitch at peak energy, cart opens. Day 3 re-pitch first, then the tail
  • Debrief against the real numbers. Everything we built is yours. Run it again with us any month
Qualification

Who This Is For — And Who It Isn't

This is for you if:

You already run webinars, masterclasses or live trainings, and they already make money

You're doing $5,000/month or more, with an offer at $1,000 or above

You have a list, a community, or paid traffic that can actually fill a room

You have your own mechanism — a way you get clients results that is yours

You'll show up live for three days and present. That part stays yours

You will put at least $5,000 of ad spend behind the event, ideally a normal month's budget in three weeks

This is not for you if:

You've never sold anything live — this makes a working room bigger, it doesn't build a first one

Your only offer is under $1,000 and there's nothing above it you'd be willing to build

You have no list, no community and no traffic budget — there is nobody to invite

You want to hand it over and disappear. You present; we build everything around you

You want us to replace your weekly webinar. We won't — it stays exactly as it is

FAQ

Answers to your questions

No, and you shouldn't. Your weekly is your cashflow engine and it stays exactly where it is. The 3-Day Webinar sits on top of it, once a month or once a quarter, and converts the people your weekly was never going to close. One webinar a month carries a soft mention of the event. The rest stay pure.

It is a 3-day live event, so it can look like one. The difference is the build. Day 1 breaks the old belief. Day 2 shows the plan live, then you pitch while the room is hottest. Day 3 gives them a quick win, and you pitch again. Same offer. More room. Your webinars keep running.

You won't build it. We design the three days with you, build the slides from your material, write the promo sequence, set up the VIP tier, run the ads and check the tech. Your job is to show up and present — which is the part you are already good at.

It burns the list when general admission is free, unsegmented, and there is no ticket or VIP tier to filter intent. That is why every launch we build carries a VIP tier and a segmented promo cadence — event promos go to cold, buyers and no-shows on separate messaging, and your weekly promotes on its own schedule.

Day 2 is where the cart opens, not where the event ends. Day 3 re-pitches to a room that has now seen proof land twice, and the cart stays open for 72 hours after Day 3 with a segmented follow-up sprint behind it. A serious share of the money arrives in that window. Most operators never run it.

Not for anything at or below $3,500 — that goes to direct checkout during the event. Above that we route to booked calls while the calendar is hot, which does need someone to take them. If it is just you taking your own calls, we cap the price accordingly rather than spiking a calendar you cannot work.

Not a revenue number, and be careful with anyone who does. Two things are committed. Your 3-Day Webinar makes more per registrant than your weekly webinar, or we run it again free. And you are live within 35 days of your Launch Canvas being complete, or we keep working free until you are. Conditions: you present all three days, you approve the ad budget we agree on, and your list and offer are what you told us. No refunds, ever; we fix it by running it again. The numbers on this page belong to specific clients and are not a promise that yours will match.
